Add special characters + a keyboard meant to write them in

I'm not sure how difficult it would be to add a keyboard for special characters in, but it does sound like more work than it should be. Maybe it's not so important to add. However, I really wish special characters didn't appear odd when it's inserted into text.

I believe this is due to the font you have selected for your theme. Not every font supports every character. Try changing that, and you should find something that displays these better!
