Characters in sidebar

I created two characters for my project, only one of whom is showing up in the sidebar, despite the sidebar showing that I'm using two character slots. I can only find the second character's page by searching.
How do I fix this?

It's possible that they didn't save properly to that project. Click FILE > ADD ELEMENT TO PROJECT and see if it appears there. Or see if you can add it from the Element Library.
