Would it be possible to add a page function to the manuscript system so I know which page I am on in each chapter I'm writing?

I think it would be better for Blaze to actually have pages, instead of just one very long document...

This is definitely possible, but would be a little weird for us to implement because Blaze manuscripts don't have a great sense of "pages" since they're really just one infinitely long document.
What might make more sense here would be adding something in the settings for you to be able toggle on/off line numbers in the margin at some interval (eg, line 10, line 20, line 30, etc).
Definitely open to other suggestions though!
